みなさん。こんにちは
今日は、ツアーを初めて最初の半日オフ。僕たちは（シニ、ピーター、ファイト）は奈良に観光に行く事にしました。久しぶりの8時間睡眠を取って、荷物も楽器も持たずにホテルを出たとき、最高の気分でした！
みんないつもとは違いゆっくりとした歩調。奈良を充分に観光するだけの時間は取れないものの、スケジュールに追われる事なくどこかに行く、というのはとてもくつろいだ気分になります。
最初は東大寺、ユネスコの世界遺産にも登録されているお寺です。世界で最も古い木造建築として有名な大仏殿の中に、世界でも大きな仏像の一つといわれる50フィート（約15メートル）もある大仏が置いてあります。
今の大仏殿は火事のために再建され、たったの300年の歴史ですが、入っただけでまるで8世紀に戻ったようです。巨大で驚くべき建築物です。
あちこちにいる鹿は、観光客から餌をもらっていました。鹿は、神様からの使者だと神道でいわれているそうです。鹿と一緒のベストショットを撮ろうと僕らは頑張りました。
夕方は東京の母子施設で訪問コンサートを行いました。子どもたちは、僕らの楽器を触ったり、音を出してみようとして、とっても楽しそうでした。ピーターのチェロは特に人気でした。この施設はとても暖かく思いやりに満ちあふれた環境だと感じました。
夜になってやっと、４日ぶりに合宿所に戻りました。ただいま！

メンバーが来日して1週間が過ぎました。
移動、演奏、また移動と、あちこちを転々としていく様子は、まるで遊牧民のよう。
今頃のモンゴルは、冬とはまた違った美しさがあるのだろうなぁと思いを馳せながら、
近鉄と新幹線を乗りついで、奈良から東京に戻ってきました。
明日の夜には米沢、そのあと仙台、鹿児島と、まだまだ旅は続きます。

Hello everybody,
today we had for the first time half a day off and we decided to do a sight-seeing trip to Nara. When we stepped out of the hotel without carrying our luggage or instruments and especially after having for the first time a 8 hours sleep we felt just fantastic. Everybody walked much slower than usual - it was so relaxing to go somewhere without time pressure (although we of course didn't have enough time to see as much of Nara as we wanted)!
We visited the Todai-ji temple which is listed in the “UNESCO World Heritage Site“. It's main hall is known as the largest wooden building in the world with one of the largest statues of Buddha with almost 50 feet height inside. Although the current building is (only) 300 years old because it had to be rebuilt after fire and earthquake it is really impressive how the people back in the 8th century could possibly do such a enormous and amazing work.
The deers, which are all over the area and always try to find cookies from the tourists, are as we learned direct messengers from the gods of the Shinto religion. Of course we had big fun trying to do the best and closest photo with them.
In the afternoon we had a presentation in Tokyo in a facility for mothers and children – victims of domestic violence. The kids had great fun trying our instruments during the presentation. Especially Peter's cello made a big impression on them. We all felt that it was a very warm and friendly atmosphere.
In the evening after 4 days we finally came back home to our guest house.
